Terms and Conditions

Welcome to WHP Courses. These Terms and Conditions govern your registration and participation in our Working Holiday Language Prep Course. By filling out our registration form and enrolling in the course, you agree to these terms.

1. Registration and Enrollment

  • Submitting the registration form on our website does not guarantee a seat in the course.

  • Your spot is only officially secured once you receive our confirmation email and complete the 249€ payment via the secure link provided (Stripe).

  • Because groups are strictly limited to 3–6 participants, payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the payment link. If unpaid, the spot will be released to the next applicant.

2. Fees and Payment

  • The total investment for the 16-session course is 249€.

  • This is a one-time, upfront payment. There are no hidden fees or automatic renewals.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because our group sizes are exceptionally small, a single cancellation significantly impacts the cohort. Therefore, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund: You may cancel your enrollment and receive a 100% refund up to 7 days before your first scheduled class.

  • Partial/No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course begins, or after the course has started, are non-refundable.

4. Attendance and Missed Classes

  • The course consists of 16 live sessions held on weekends (1.5 hours each).

  • It is the student's responsibility to attend the sessions on time. If you miss a class due to personal reasons, the session cannot be rescheduled, and no partial refunds will be given.

5. Scope of Service & Disclaimer

  • This is strictly an educational language preparation course designed to improve conversational confidence and teach practical vocabulary for daily life abroad.

  • We are not a visa agency, legal advisor, or relocation service. We do not guarantee visa approvals, job placements, or housing secured by the student. Any logistical success abroad remains the sole responsibility of the participant.

6. Course Cancellation by the Provider

In the rare event that a cohort does not meet the minimum requirement of 3 participants, or if the instructor must cancel the course due to unforeseen emergencies, you will be notified immediately and issued a 100% full refund.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
